Meet Lauren

Rephorm was born out of a season that changed everything.


Long before the studio, Pilates became a lifeline. Not because it promised quick results, but because it taught me how to slow down, breathe, and rebuild strength from the inside out. At a time when anxiety, stress, and major life transitions had left me feeling disconnected from myself, movement became the first step toward regulation.


Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in understanding the nervous system, breathwork, somatic practices, and the habits that support sustainable growth. Pilates was the entry point. Nervous system regulation was the breakthrough.


Outside of the studio, I’ve spent 15 years working at the highest levels of sports and entertainment marketing, leading campaigns and negotiating multimillion-dollar brand partnerships. That world is fast, competitive, and high-pressure. Rephorm became the counterbalance — a place rooted in steadiness.


The work inside this studio is intentional. It’s precise. It’s grounded in the belief that strength without regulation leads to burnout. And that when done correctly, movement can shift more than your body. Rephorm isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you were before the world told you to brace.
