Mat Pilates
Rooted in classical Pilates and guided by the rephorm method, our mat classes prioritize intentional movement, breath, and connection. You’ll move through slow, controlled sequences designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore your body from the inside out. Bands and light weights are offered but always optional—allowing you to choose the level of intensity that feels right for you.
Expect a true nervous system reset: a deep burn, a deeper exhale, and the kind of grounded clarity that stays with you long after class ends.
Semi-Private Reformer
A high-touch, small-group reformer experience designed for deeper work and personalized attention. With only three clients per session, each class feels tailored to your body, your goals, and your growth. Controlled resistance, mindful sequencing, and focused coaching deliver results you can feel—and see.
Yoga + Breathwork
Yoga: A grounding practice that blends gentle flow, mindful stretching, and breath-led movement. Yoga helps create mobility, balance, and spaciousness in the body, supporting the deep core and postural work developed in Pilates.
Breathwork: A guided practice focused on nervous system regulation and energetic reset. Through intentional breath patterns, you’ll release tension, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity and calm. It’s the perfect counterbalance to the intensity of Pilates and the pace of daily life.

Rephorm was created from the belief that movement can change everything—your body, your energy, your mindset, your entire life. Pilates has been the anchor that carried me through some of my hardest seasons and the practice that helped me rebuild my strength from the inside out. I wanted to build a space where others could experience that same transformation.
Located on Chicago’s Southside in the heart of Beverly, this studio was built for community. It’s intentionally small, personal, and rooted in connection. Every class is designed to challenge you, support you, and remind you of what you’re capable of. You’ll feel the work. You’ll feel the shake. And you’ll feel the shift—physically and mentally.
